Returns & Exchanges
For all returns and exchanges, please email email@example.com. Include your order number or the full name the order was placed under, and a description of the items you would like to exchange/return. A customer service representative will assist you within 24 business hours.
- If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange.
- You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date of delivery confirmation.
- Shipping costs are not included in the refunded total, only the amount paid for the products.
- Any product you return must be unworn and in the same condition you received it in, free of pet hair/fragrance/deodorant/etc., and folded neatly (not wadded up).
- Refunded amounts can only be credited to the original card used to make the purchase. If the original credit card is no longer available or active, store credit can be issued.
- For orders within the United States, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you to send the product back with. Shipping costs for all international order returns/exchanges will be covered by the customer.
- We will send out your exchange, or refund your card used to make the purchase within 72 business hours of receiving your product(s) in unworn/with-tags condition.
- NO returns or exchanges on Boxers or Briefs for hygienic reasons. If there is a problem with your order, please contact our customer relations department firstname.lastname@example.org.
