Returns & Exchanges
For all returns and exchanges, please email email@example.com. Include your order number or the full name the order was placed under, and a description of the items you would like to exchange/return. A customer service representative will assist you within 24 business hours.
- If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange.
- You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date of delivery confirmation. *exceptions to this policy can be made if gifts were purchased in advance around Christmastime. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with specific questions.
- Shipping costs are not included in the refunded total, only the amount paid for the products.
- Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it in. Please keep the receipt.
- For orders within the United States, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you to send the product back with. Shipping costs for all international order returns/exchanges will be covered by the customer.
- We will send out your exchange, or refund your card within 72 business hours of receiving your product(s) in unworn/with-tags condition.
- NO returns or exchanges on Foxers for hygienic reasons. If there is a problem with your order, please contact our customer relations department email@example.com.
