**COVID-19 UPDATE: Shipping times with the USPS have increased for both domestic and international deliveries due to Covid-19. Right now the average time added to transit is anywhere from 0 to 7 days for domestic, and 0- 14 days for international. The delays have been all over the board- some deliveries are not experiencing any delays, while some experience a significant set-back. Customs/import fees after NOT included in our shipping costs. All international orders are shipped DDU (Duties and Taxes Unpaid). All customs and import duties, fees, taxes, etc. are the responsibility of the customer. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear Customs in the destination country. - United Kingdom- All orders being shipped to the UK need to have a minimum order value of 135 British Pounds in order to be compliant with the new Brexit regulations implemented on 1/1/2021.

Please note that these timelines can change due to increases in order volumes around holidays and online sales. In all cases however, we always work hard and do our best to get your orders on their way to you asap. We may also upgrade from First Class to Priority shipping at no additional charge during busy times to mitigate delays.
If your package becomes lost in the mail or shows as delivered and the recipient claims that the package was not in fact delivered, then a missing package claim will be filed with the USPS and any refunds will be processed after the investigation is completed by the USPS. This investigation time can take up to 4 to 6 weeks to complete. Please contact email@example.com if you believe your package is missing.
